Undergrowth Collective went on a mission in Tarapoto, the commercial hub town in the northern side of Peru in the region of San Martin. Even if the city is surrounded by the Amazon rainforest, a big part of local children are not completely aware of the green treasure that they hold few steps from their living area. We have taught through the medium of drawing, the creation of masks, costumes and representations. At the end of the workshops serie we held a creative and educative treasure hunt at the animal rescued centre "Centro Urku".
