A Midsummer's Lucid Dream

In the summer of 2019 Undergrowth’s doors were thrown wide open to an extraordinary menagerie of artists, who united their unique talents that August to create ‘The Moon in the Mirror’.

 

As a collective we transformed a Victorian terraced house in North London into an immersive journey through the ancient realms of Tarot and the timeless magic of Shakespear’s Midsummer Nights’ Dream.

 

This wonderous building became a twisting maze of deeply surprising avant-garde art, music and dreamlike performances that lead audiences ever deeper into mythical realms of the natural world, on a voyage of metamorphosis and transformation.
